By accessing our mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Papa Ki Rasoi is a restaurant providing homemade food services directly to customers.

Ordering Process

Orders placed through the App are considered requests for food preparation. Every order is subject to availability and manual confirmation by our restaurant team.

Once an order is placed, our team will confirm it with you via a phone call or WhatsApp message. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to ingredient availability, delivery capacity, or technical issues.

Payment

Currently, we do not process online payments within the app. Payment for your order may be collected during delivery or via alternative methods as communicated and agreed upon by the restaurant staff during order confirmation.

Delivery

Deliveries are handled directly by Papa Ki Rasoi staff. We strive to deliver your food fresh and on time. Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary based on traffic, weather, or kitchen load.

Menu and Availability

Our menu items, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without prior notice. We prepare our meals daily to ensure freshness; therefore, availability may vary.

Cancellation and Returns

If you wish to cancel an order, please call us immediately at 8295780556. Once food preparation has started, cancellations may not be possible. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a significant issue with the order quality.

Liability

Papa Ki Rasoi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
